We support WooCommerce, custom themes, page builders, and plugin-heavy stacks. Core updates, plugin conflicts, security hardening, and performance tuning are handled as standard operating procedure - not one-off emergencies.

If your site already has a paid backup or security plugin (Jetpack, Solid Security Pro, BlogVault), we use it as-is at no extra charge. If not, we configure UpdraftPlus and Wordfence during onboarding at no cost.

Our primary specialisation. Deep experience with core, plugin, and theme ecosystems - including WooCommerce, page builders, and custom themes.
Custom-Built Websites
Node, PHP, Laravel, and headless stacks. We handle updates, dependency upgrades, and fixes without breaking existing behaviour.
eCommerce & Other CMS
Shopify, WooCommerce, and other CMS platforms. Focus stays on uptime, transaction reliability, and secure day-to-day operation.
Are these plans WordPress-only?+
The published pricing is optimised for WordPress and WooCommerce, where we do most of our maintenance work. Custom, headless, and other CMS stacks are supported through a scoped monthly retainer - the structure stays the same, the plan is shaped to your codebase.
What counts as a web edit?+
One small change to existing content or configuration, completed within 30 minutes. Anything larger is handled under developer hours or as an add-on.
Do unused edits or developer hours roll over?+
No. Allocations reset each cycle so we can plan capacity. Extra edits and hours are available as add-ons at published rates.
Do you take over sites built by other agencies?+
Yes. We start with a technical audit, then move the site onto our maintenance workflow - updates, backups, monitoring, and security baseline included.
How is billing handled?+
